This workshop is rhythmically designed to unravel expression at various tempos and through different forms. This time and space will help those that struggle to express or connect to their emotions or experience, and build their capacity to do so.

This hour-long workshop, run by Emma, will be divided into three parts.

The first part of this workshop will be centered around the physical body ~ using practices like somatic release and dance to get in touch with the subconscious and bring it into our conscious awareness + space together.

The second part will be centered around artistic expression ~ basic art supplies like paper + colored pencils will be provided to allow each participant to enter into a meditative state and begin to integrate the material brought up through the body (the first part). The first two parts will mostly be a practice of relating internally, while the third part is a practice in relating externally.

The third and last part will be expression within a group ~ no advice, solely just a holding space for each participant to share their experience as it is. This workshop dials in on the importance of being together in each of our individual experiences ~ rewriting the narrative that we are 1. alone in our experience and 2. wrong in our experience.
